fab-form interesting , however the answer is no.

Cast in soil, generally formed except for the bottoms. Re-steel 3" clearance from soil, 2" clearance from form board. Sounds simple, except these generally fail inspection 75% of the time even when the ironworkers are doing the re-steel.
