Fountains can be dangerous

Mall management will claim it’s not their fault, they warned people to stay away.

“WPBF-TV reported that representatives from Harbourside Place said the incident happened in the restricted fountain area near the amphitheater that states "No Climbing" on the edge. “

I forwarded this to all of my electrical inspectors with a reminder that our job is important although we can't control what happens after we leave, but before we leave, we need to do our job and depart in good conscience.

The "No Climbing" sign might help management in a suit for somebody falling off the edge, which is a forseeable hazard, but not for an unforseeable electrocution.
