Just putting together a proposal to design a fuel delivery truck storage canopy.
I typically stay away from hazardous, etc due to the complexities. This seems easy, so i figured i would dig into it. Any recommendations a few things i should look out for. Client is looking for something between 7 and 9,000 SF, mostly open, but maybe one enclosed bay.

Thank you!

Sounds good.

As long as storage only, should be no problem.

If enclosed, might depend on how many sq ft enclosed.

If open, could consider it weather protection.

Hydrax,

If your Covered Area is considered storage,
what are the plans for spills ?..…..Even if the
whole thing is open, there needs to be Oil \
Water Separators to have the spills directed
to them...….Is the area Zoned for Hazardous
Storage ?...….Adequate access for Fire Dept.
vehicles ? ...Adequate water supply and
pressure ? ...and on and on and on.

You're right, ...lot's of complexities !
