Garage separation in townhome project?

I am designing a 3 story sprinklered town home project, with the garage on Level 1. There is a wall separating the garage from a foyer area where there is a separate door to the outside and stair up to the Living space above. There is a door between the garage and foyer in that wall, and no other doors between the foyer and the living space above. That's open between floors.
My understanding is the ceiling of the garage needs to be 1 hour rated. I also assume that because the stair that runs through the floor outside of the garage in the foyer area, the wall between the garage and the foyer would need to be 1 hour rated. Am I thinking about this correctly? And if so, I believe the door needs to be rated 45 min?
Thanks in advance.
