Gets missed too often

I see this almost every time a ko ring has been left intact or an oversize washer has been used. Two code cycles ago, the code required a bonding bushing in every case, not just over 600 volts. Not many electricians seem to know that.

{Fine print note: Code doesn't mention an oversize washer but I think that's an oversight, so I do.}

Now I know why I see it all the time. It's perfectly legal and I have been wrong for years.

Chris Kennedy straightened me out in another thread and I kinda get the feeling he saw this thread but told me in a roundabout way.
