Great package deal from the ICC Store

OK, so I ordered the Plumbing and HVAC package deal from the ICC store. Why do they sell the Plumbing Code, which includes the Private Sewage Code in the same binding, and a separate copy of the Private Sewage Code in this package? I now have two copies of something I will probably never use. Anyone want to buy a copy?

I wonder if there's a provision in the building code that allows an increase to the S-1 use group, provided the increased area is used to store duplicate copies of the ICC codes. Hmm . . . :?:
