Administrators of Harvard University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill were sued by an advocacy group claiming race-based admissions policies violate the constitutional rights of highly qualified Asian applicants.¹
I've long stated that this civil rights legislation was discriminatory in itself and the educational system was ground zero in the fight, maybe if the discriminated against Asians can prevail in this action all civil rights laws can be finally thrown out, failing that maybe the rest of us can start bringing legal actions against the disability activists groups that are, in effect, discriminating against us.
