Have an extra book for CBO exams?

I'm scheduled for the CBO exams and am gathering books to study.

I've always purchased my own and cant bear the cost on the pocketbook to buy at full price anymore, even at ebay or Amazon. Having my department buy books isn't an option.

I figure I'd take a shot and see if anyone here has one or more of these laying around and wouldn't mind selling.

I'm looking for:

MM Management Module Exam:
-2012 Building Department Administration, 4th ed
-A Budgeting guide for Local Government 3rd ed
-Human Resources Management for Public and Non Profit Organizations: Strategic Approach 4th ed
-Inspector Skills

MG Legal Module:
-2012 International Property Maintenance Code

BC Building codes and Standards
-2012 International Energy Conservation Code
-Special Inspection Manual 2012 edition.

-Time manipulation device to slow the passage of time in the testing facility, yet allow me to function at normal speed while I'm taking the exams.
