So what you are saying is that this is not a violation and there are ways to fix this?
I see problem, that as an inspector, I am going to require someone to explain to me what the fix will be. It is still in progress, so I do not that it is a violation yet. But I would continue to track what they are doing, ask some questions, and make sure I get a copy of the installation guide for whatever solution they propose.So what you are saying is that this is not a violation and there are ways to fix this?
