How not to do it

I had nothing to do with this one. This is a new house and about 3600 sq.ft. When I asked the inspector why she allowed such a mess, she told me it was a homeowner/builder and the County Board of Supervisors was putting on pressure to get the job completed. Check out the brick arch. The only thing holding it up is the wood forms.
