I am seeing that it is not in compliance due to the missing side bar. I did not measure it as I was just waiting for my food.

Here in LaLa land we have men's and women's restrooms but the designation is meaningless in that anyone can identify as either or even "undecided".
I've seen a few of the undecided ... and true enough, I couldn't tell for sure.
