The title is Building Inspector III. It is combination residential plus one commercial. It is a 10% raise which is needed desperately.

Sounds like what I went through to work at the airport.

Is that ALL you had to go through to work at your airport??? Every two years they do a complete criminal records investigation on me to re-badge me; as if those criminal charges of 30 years ago that didn't show up last time will suddenly show up. Lordy is it a pain.

To continue to work here we are subject to background checks every year by FBI, local cops and DHS.
