I prefer the latest building code edition, nice and thick, to slow down things , and sure does hurt when you Throw it at a person.
 
I can't watch the video at work

Caught out in the open but you have to go to your desk to pull out the scissors?

Something doesn't make sense with that advice but then again it did come from the feds

I would prefer to reach into my jacket and use something with a little more definitive stopping power
