So anyone know why some of the tables have

Under Mercantile

Basement and grade floor areas 30 Gross

And some tables do not have it???????t 1.jpg t 2.jpg t 3.jpg
 
When the 2015 IBC changed the occupant load factor for the mercantile occupancies from 30 to 60 from sq ft per occupant, the commentary writers did not amend that edition of the commentary.
