ICC Board Approves cdp ACCESS Final Recommendations for Online Code Development

what's missing is when it starts.. this is really great news, by the way and thanks for sharing, Fat!
 
I can tell you that the board spent a lot of time and debated and asked a lot of questions on this when we were in Washington a few weeks ago. Not everybody is happy with this. It's very hard to please all 57,000 ICC members. Please keep in mind that this is still a work in progress. As for me I'm a huge supporter of CDP Access.
