ICC Region II Chapter is Official!!!

The ICC board approved the Region II chapter application in Portland Oregon on October 20th. Thanks for all the hard work from all the northwest chapters that made this happen! Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and of course Wyoming!!!
