In-wall tank toilets in a fire-rated wall

Not sure how we can tell. I expect it is a rated demising wall between units or between the unit and the corridor. Why else would it be rated?

My assumption has been a demising or corridor wall, in a multi-family apartment unit. Maybe I shouldn't be making that assumption, but I can't figure out when any wall in a building described as a type V dwelling unit with 1-hr ratings would occur. Especially using a fixture like the one in the OP. If those assumptions are wrong I reserve the right to un-say stuff later.

If it is Type V-A, all bearing walls are 1-hr (Table 601).

You cannot "triple them up till you get to heavy timber" framing at just the toilet. Construction type cannot fluctuate from wall to wall. The whole building must be one construction type.
The rating of the wall may or may not relate to the occupancy.
