Any cooking? No cooking gets you parallel approach at the sink....
Everything.... the sink, range, exhaust fan, fridge, work surface, outlets, etc.

1109.4 Kitchens and Kitchenettes
Where kitchens and kitchenettes are provided in accessible spaces or rooms, they shall be accessible.
As per A117.1, you will need the following:Where kitchens and kitchenettes are provided in accessible spaces or rooms, they shall be accessible.
- An accessible work surface shall be provided with a minimum width of 30-inches and maximum height of 34-inches (804.3);
- With a cook top, a roll-under type kitchenette sink is required (804.4 and 606.2);
- Cooktop controls shall not require reaching across burners (804.5.4.4);
- Range hood controls shall be within the accessible reach range (804.5.2 and 309);
- Refrigerator/Freezers shall have at minimum 50% of compartment shelves 54-inches maximum above the floor (804.5.6).
