Latch approch fig 404.2.4.1 ramp

Can the ramp be included as part of the 24" minimum requirement on a latch approch, pull side or does this 24" requirement need to be on the landing, figure (f) is unclear in the ICC/ANSI A117.1.

Also, did you mean Section 404.2.3.1, Figure "f" ?
