Laundry Room Definition

Here is the
A 200SF laundry room in an apartment building (R2)
I know laundry rooms are listed on 509.1
Also, anything there is not classified separately.
But I'm not sure about this particular scenario.
It would be self-serve (B), but since it's listed in the Incidental Use table would it just be part of R2?
(Also, worth mentioning is less than 10% of the space, but I assume laundry rooms are not considered ancillary/accessory in these instances? -since it's listed under incidental?)
