Thank You Please understand I use the term to indicate the HEROIC (AKA STUPID) efforts needed when the Code is inflicted for existing construction situations. In many cases the improvements to the existing situation would not be done if we INSIST on construction that meets the letter and not the Intent (aka spirit) and purpose of the Code.They moved the lights.
