Lighting Illumination Levels - Task Lighting and Toilet Rooms Lighting

This question relates to the minimum lighting level required for task and toilet rooms. I am familiar with minimum lighting levels under IBC Ch. 10 & 12, and IEBC Ch. 11 & 13. I have tried to find info from IES to no avail. Situation: Historic building has gone through a major rehabilitation, maintenance and renovation. It is on state owned property and has federal and state funding. Need assistance locating information regarding the minimum lighting levels for office task areas and toilet rooms.
