Right from the Department of Labor & Industry, in black and white, on their webpage as clear as day with no doubt about what inspectors are supposed to be doing. I got tired of arguing about this when I was in PA so here it is for all to see.

We used to have a glitch that it (LP) was the FM jusridiction except they had no jurisdiction at SFD.....It has been fixed
