I need a 1 hour fire wall design for residential that meets ASTM E-119 or UL 263, rated on both sides, using Hardie Plank siding. Anyone have one that they've used.

Install the Hardie Plank over 5/8" type X gypsum sheathing. Gypsum Association #WP3510, 3514, or 3520 are 1-hour generic assemblies.

Are you looking for a "fire wall"? A fire wall is an interior wall that divides a building into two building areas for purposes of meeting building code allowable area limitations. A fire wall has to be constructed such that the construction on either side (not both sides) can collapse without causing the fire wall to collapse or fail.

Looking to use Hardie Plank siding suggests that you are looking for a fire-resistance rated exterior wall, not a fire wall.
