Been working on a informational guide on exterior landings and steps for perspective clients for some time now, not had a lot of free time, so don't laugh to hard on the dates.

If you take the time to read through it, I thank you in advance, but also please either send or comment on it, this is a rough draft of something I was looking to keep to a 4 page pamphlet that just doesn't look like it will happen.

This sounds like ARI doesn't know what they're talking about -"This booklet and the information contained within this document is believed to be accurate; however it is published by Artistic Railings, Inc...."

Better this way - "This booklet, and the information contained herein, are to be used for informational purposes only. Artistic Railings, Inc. recommends contacting a registered design professional for specific details concerning your project..."

As always. have your attorney give it once over prior to publication.

"This booklets Code Information is based on the New Jersey 2009 IRC Building Code" would be "booklet's". However, it is better abbreviated to "Based on the New Jersey 2009 Residential Building Code"

"Artistic Railings Inc. © 2011 Garfield NJ" should be "© 2011 Artistic Railings Inc, Garfield NJ". Unless the city of Garfield is the copyright holder.

"This booklet and the information contained within this document is believed to be accurate; however it is published by Artistic Railings, Inc. for informational purposes only and is intended for use only as a design guide." is better stated as "This booklet is published by Artistic Railings, Inc. for informational purposes only."

If such advise is required or requested, it should be sought through the services of a registered professional engineer, licensed professional architect, attorney or, other licensed design professional." As noted, advice is spelled wrong. A comma is not required after "or".

"State wide" is one word: "statewide".

"verifying the work complies with New Jerseys minimum standards" should be "New Jersey's"
