This is from Ontario building code SB-10:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TABLE SB 5.5-5 (See Appendix A.)
(Supersedes Table 5.5-5 in 2010 ANSI/ASHRAE/IES 90.1)
Building Envelope Requirements for Climate Zone 5 (A, B, C) (SI)

Min. RSI-Value
3.3 + 1.9 Ls
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the column "Min. RSI-Value", there is "3.3 + 1.9 Ls", and in the notes under the table, "Ls" is shown as "Ls=liner system".

What is "liner system"? Is there a product of this kind is commonly being used?

Typically used in industrial buildings or arenas for roofs. Very similar to commercial walls that use a Z-girt.
