2006 IFC 3306.5.2.1 Number 4 states: Smokeless propellents not stored according to Item 1, 2, or 3 above shall be stored in a Type 2 or 4 magazine in accordance with Section 3304 and NFPA 495.

Question: Does this mean there is NO quantity limits if smokeless is stored in a Type 4 magazine? The commentary book was no help.
