Metal Boxes in Concrete

Not where I really want to be
I think it is a little too late. I am not sure how they plan on getting wires to this box now that they are in solid concrete with no pipe. I can't wait to see how this one plays out.
Ideas?

Rotorary drill small width trenches in to the concrete for
wiring or for conduit, ...similar to what is done for
cleaning out cracks in asphalt for repairs & re-sealing.
