Besides burial depth, are there any codes against running water, gas, and electrical service conductors in the same trench?

Are there certain separation requirements other than the water supply and waste lines? I can't seem to find any.

Andy.

That only applies to waste pipe that is not allowed in a building such as clay sewer pipe. One trench can have everything.

Check with your utility departments. Some utilities might have regulations about separation from other utilities.

It's better to have them beside each other rather than stacking them, in case one of them has to be replaced in the future.
