must be nice to have power

Nope, y'all don't understand - after having lived in the Pacific Northwest for over half a century, I know why he was allowed to park there ... he has a bike rack on the back of his SUV. Believe me, you have to live in the Great PNW for a while to understand, but if you ride/support bike riding, then you can do NO WRONG and all is forgiven. Just another reason that I'm glad I was hired down here in Houston where a few folks still have some common sense (and guns, we have guns).
 
mmmarvel, what you are saying especially holds water if it is hybrid SUV. If it is a regular SUV, then there really is a mixed message.
 
how do we know he DIDN'T get a ticket?

I got one for parking in a diplomatic spot.. sorry Rwanda.. I DID at least look at the sign regarding street cleaning.
