Need Books for CBO exams

Hey Everybody,

I'm gathering books for my exams and wanted to ask if anyone here had one of the books listed below for sale.

My department doesn't purchase books for advancement exams and it's hitting my pocketbook pretty hard to buy all of these new. I've been on ebay and Amazon, but figure I'd try here.

I'm looking for:

MM Management Module Exam:
-2012 Building Department Administration, 4th ed
-A Budgeting guide for Local Government 3rd ed

MG Legal Module exam:
-2012 International Property Maintenance Code

BC Building codes and Standards exam:
-2012 International Energy Conservation Code
-Special Inspection Manual 2012 edition.
