Need Help! NFPA 99-C 2005 Reference from 2009 IPC

Sure could use some help here. The 2009 IPC references NFPA 99-C 2005 edition for med-gas. I'm going to order a copy today but need some answers today as well. If your reading this and have a copy and are willing to help please give me a call. (307) 686-5260. I need to know what the qualifications are for installers? you can register at the nfpa site and read only the codes, don't you know?

The 2005 Edition of NFPA-99 has three separate sections regarding Installer

qualificiations. Section 5.1.10.10.11, 5.1.10.10.12, & 5.3.10.10.1.
