Not sure if they are listed with any NRTL agency but who says they have to be listed? They don't carry current or fault current. They are not an electrical device. They are made by a major electrical manufacturer.Haven't seen them use here. UL certified.
Not sure ICE can allow them, Prop 65?
My code book says “extra duty,” not "heavy Duty"The NEC requires "heavy Duty" which means metal. But you can use it per IRC.
And those covers are compliant with 406.9 for extra duty so there we go.My code book says “extra duty,” not "heavy Duty"
I broke one trying to open it during an inspection. Had to write a correction.Have on next to my BBQ but covers break easily.
