"Hey Sawhorses! (I am only posting this here for now)

I’m excited to announce that I have worked with our newest corporate sponsor, www.buildingcodecollege.com http://www.buildingcodecollege.com/ (BCC), to become one of their first BCC Affiliate Organizations.

BCC offered this deal to the forum with no signup fee, and here’s how it works. Every time the coupon code “supportthebuildingcodeforum” is used for 10% off the Full Enrollment fee, the Forum receives a monetary reward that starts at 10%. The more the code is used, the more the reward percentage increases. Anyone can use the coupon code, so the more you share it, the more you support the forum. You can share it with whoever/whomever ( I never know which one to use) you like. The more the merrier and better for this forum.

www.BuildingCodeCollege.com http://www.buildingcodecollege.com/ is the dream of Glenn Mathewson, ICC instructor and author. His goal is to create an affordable and easy-to-use hub of quality code education without any ads, product soft marketing, or bias of any kind. So far it looks like he is off to a good start.

Full Enrollment offers 28 hours of education and 2.8 ICC preferred provider CEU’s for only $200. Enrollment lasts for a year and includes any new courses released during that year. Glenn is working on many more courses, as well as courses from other well-respected instructors. With the coupon code, enrollment is only $180, and the forum receives a $20 reward from that"

Again, the coupon code is: supportthebuildingcodeforum

Thank you!!

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for all your contributions to this forum, both financially and intellectually

Thank you to Glenn and Building Code College (BCC) for stepping up, not just as a corporate supporter but allowing us to participate with BCC to help offset the costs of running this forum. I see this as a win-win situation as our members get discounts on ICC ceu education and we get paid when they use the discount code.

Our first use of the coupon has been made, and so the fundraising for this incredibly important forum begins. Thank you to whomever stepped up and shared/used the coupon.

I believe in the value of this forum to our industry and to the availability of code education and experience sharing. My online school is a corporate sponsor, and I have structured a fundraising opportunity for the forum. I'm also plugging the forum, with a link, directly from my course catalog and enrollment page. (go check it out www.buildingcodecollege.com/catalog) Perspective students are encouraged to read about our affiliate program and track down a coupon code from our affiliates. I've placed this coupon code in the public portion of this forum as an Easter Egg for people to find. We aren't just making our affiliate program available...we are actively promoting our affiliates to help them get their code used!

Can you help too? Share this coupon code with others so they can access affordable education and ICC CEU's and this forum can raise revenue and continue to be available for all to share in the mystery of the codes.

Thank you. Comments, suggestions, and constructive criticism is welcome.

Hey Glenn I finally got to finish(had a rain day). I took the one on water heaters & furnaces. Very informative. I also like that you send the answers to the test so I could see which 4 I missed and the correct answer.:D

Thank you, my250r11 for the feedback. I really like the furnaces and water heater class. I hope it passes the eyes of many contractors and property maintenance personnel.

With today's sign ups, we are up to four people that have used this coupon code. One more, and BuildingCodeCollege.com will send a check for $100 to the forum. Remember, anyone can use this code. Share it around your office and with your customers and help make sure Jeff can keep this forum around for years to come. The mission of BuildingCodeCollege.com is to help make code education more accessible and affordable, and we believe this forum supports that mission with the free and (usually) professional exchange of ideas, experience, advice, and light-hearted humor in a business that is otherwise very serious.

Hey Folks, I know that most of us need CEU's and this is a great offer to get them accomplished (ICC approved) at the convenience of a computer on our time. Please take advantage or look into it.
Thanks!

OK Glenn, what classes are you presently offerring, How long for each? Have you sought AIA preferred provider status?

Hello ADAguy, Currently I have ten classes available on BuildingCodeCollege.com for a total of 31 hours of education. The current Full Enrollment is $200 for a year of access to all the courses now and any released during enrollment (you can lower that price using the TBCF special coupon code). I have new courses coming out this summer. All courses are currently based in the IRC. The catalog and course descriptions are at www.buildingcodecollege.com/catalog. I have not yet paid for AIA status. It is expensive, but it is next on the list of investment priorities. You can pick also pick any one course and use the coupon code "welcome" in the individual course enrollment. This will give you 4 months of access to the course for free. Check it out before you pay a dime. I believe you will discover Full Enrollment is the best value for quality education. If not, I welcome your feedback of how I can make it better. Thanks for your interest.

Ha, ha! Back when I was just a young whipper-snapper that was going to save the world using the most perfect building code ever... I still haven't nailed down that bedroom definition though...

This coupon code gets anyone unlimited 10% off everything at www.buildingcodecollege.com It's posted in the Sawhorse private section to share directly with my fellow forum supporters. However, you are welcome to share it with anyone you would like.

I just announced two unique webinars, and I will have more webinars and on-demand courses coming out this late Summer and Fall.

Full Enrollment has always lasted a year and provided access to all the on-demand courses. Now it also provides access to the webinars.
