Not a good for the Hunchback

Stone,glass,lead, heavy timber. Read that alarm went off and could not find fire or typical smoke visual. Maybe a clue for arson since no visible smoke before flashpoint, but dang, must have been pretty determined (without an elevator) to haul a 5 gallon jug of accelerant up to the attic...like 10-13 stories huff huff.
