Where's his swim trunks? Unless this is staged, manufacture should know!

Story time: I was mowing the yard and heard a splashing sound in the kids pool, stopped and dragged the family Yorkie out of the pool. Could't figure out how he got in there, ladder was out. Then a couple of days later saw the rascal climb on top of the pool pump and jump over the side, had to move the pump out away from the pool.
 
should be rock climbers when they grow up!!!! Not all kids climb that well, can't protect everybody all the time.
