What would a take-out and delivery only establishment be classified as? B is for commercial kitchens < 2500^ft not associated with a restaurant, cafeteria and "similar dining facilities". This has no dining. Seems appropriate, but this is new to me and "restaurant" isn't defined in the IBC. Common definition is "where people pay to sit and eat". The designer simply identifies use as a small retail space (where they pay and pick up), and a commercial kitchen but not classification. Seems like a mixed use/accessory B and M to me but looking for opinions..
