I have a processing facility that is trying to obtain their C. of O.

They have multiple occupancy groups at their location, and this

same location is divided, where one set of buildings/operations

is on one side of a road and another set of buildings/operations

is on the other side..........This business has different levels of

the Hazard Occupancy Group on their site.

When the C. of O. is issued, do I list each Hazard O.G. that

is actually present at their facility, or does the Hazard O.G.

designation cover all levels within the Hazard O.G. category?

RE: `06 IBC, Section 110.2 Certificate issued.

5. A statement that the described portion of the structure

has been inspected for compliance with the requirements

of this code for the occupancy and division of occupancy

and the use for which the proposed occupancy is classified.

Thanks!

Separate COs for each building, with each CO stating the specific occupancy classifications, divisions, and use for that particular building.

same as permit guy here. when they use a firewall to make two separate buildings, we assign two addresses and issue two CofOs.
