Is two doors to the exterior from a vesitbule with one door entering the vestibule from the interior considered two exits?

Me thinks the designer is trying to stretch things a wee bit.

If the vestibule is large enough to require two exits maybe........but if you are talking about the building.....probably not....IF they have the diagonal separation..it might work.....

Yes a sketch would help. Knee-jerk reply, in a building space requiring two exits, one exit leading to a vestibule with two exits? Not working here.

I think he may be saying that, like found at some large gas stations,

You walk out of the door from the main store, into the vestibule, then you can either go right or left through a door to the out side,

as in one door becomes two!!!! by the magical code strecher!!!

2nd exitneed tobe 1/2 diagnol of the space away from the other non sprinklered, 1/3 the distance of the diagnol sprinkler and not futher than the exit travel distance

when I read the first part of this I imagined some one speaking with their mouth full. Spelling mistakes aside this is correct.

I needed that laugh.

I agree that it doesn't count as two exits and the designer agreed and will correct it.

Tried to upload a photo of the plans but it was too large, then when resizing to get down to the maximum size it was far too small.

Thanks!
