All too common. You would think, after the 15 or 20th that was in the news, demo companies would learn to verify addresses.
 
Utterly indefensible.

When doing Dangerous and Unsightly, if I've ordered a demolition, I make sure to be onsite when the demolition starts.
This is one of several reasons why.
