PA L&I Diesel Class 1 Div 1 change

PA L&I has changed diesel fuel dispensing equipment to Class 1, Div 1. Has anyone in PA changed their NEC requirements for this?

The reason they changed the classification is that the equipment can be converted to handle gasoline easily. Just an FYI
