Parallel Accessible Parking

I'm not having much luck finding specifics for dimensions for accessible parking that is parallel rather than angled or perpendicular. About all I can find is that the stall has to be 24 feet long and 13 feet in width. I'm looking specifically for California requirements, but I'm not having luck finding anything within their accessibility provisions specific to parallel parking either.

Anyone know where I could look to at least get me started?

I thought that the AHJ set the overall distance/depth of a parking stall, and widths were established by the accessibility code. Good luck.

On a street? Or in some kind of parking lot/ garage?

I believe it's a private street as part of a development. There are other parallel parking stalls in this location and they want to provide the accessible parking here as well as the shortest accessible route to the building is in the area where the parallel parking is located.

How about ANSi 503 passenger loading zones

They look similar to a parrallel parking space

CALTRANS Accessible on-street parking spaces shall not be smaller inlength or width than that specified by the local jurisdictionfor other parking spaces, but not less than 20'-0" in lengthand not less than 8'-0" in width.

I started with that, but because this is in California, I wanted CA specific info as it varies from A117.
