Part of Parcel or Part of Building In Special Flood Hazard Area

How do you handle when only part of a parcel or lot is in a flood zone but not the structure itself? In the cases below there are two flood zones with different BFEs separated by a thin black line.

Part of structure is a no brainer---------------------------------But no part of the structure may be different.
