The lady that enforces the parking placards has a placard of her own. Why is that? It appears that her and her daughter can walk just fine. By the looks of it, the disabled daughter could carry her mother from the car to the store.

This should be in the accessibility forum. Somebody needs to flag down a meddling moderator to move it.
