Public Storage Facility - Door to center hall between 2 sides of the building.

I thought Keystone & Jar would enjoy the view (Yes in PA)

Might be made to work from an access compliance standpoint. Depends on slope at door clearance, and all that kludge on the side not being deeper than 8" (ADAS 404.2.4.3).
Sign probably has to move (ADAS 703.4.1 and 703.4.2).
Don't know about closing force for door.
Don't know if door landing is in a vehicular way.
 
Lose gravel to the accessible storage space does not comply.

PA law restricts inspections for anything propane. They could use a lawn hose, and we cannot say anything.
We could fail the accessibility inspection for the maneuvering space for the door but cannot tell them to move the propane line.

Looks like loose gravel outside of the landing pad at the door does not look stable or firm. Nothing is allowed in the 12- or 18-inch-wide latch side approach space to a door covered by the ADA.
