Plumbing Fixture Requirements in Rehabilitation Code?

2012 Virginia Rehabilitation Code

I'm renovating a restaurant and trying to figure out what, if any, changes I need to make to the restrooms when doing a Level 3 Alteration. I'm using the 2012 Virginia Rehabilitation Code and don't see any mention of plumbing fixtures anywhere, but I assume if the occupant load increases the number of fixtures would also increase depending on what the criteria are.

It depends; it's recommended to arrange a meeting with the plan reviewer. Look at Sections 705 in reference to 801.2 and 810 on occupant load increase.
