At what size pole building do you see anti-lift designs specified for the vertical support posts that make up the frame?

I have noticed on small jobs such as a 30x60 single story, they are never spec'd. But on larger jobs that are 2 story or have a larger footprint, they are specified. I have seen 2x8's 96" long specified in opposite directions and in some instances, just a 2x6 wrapped around the post.

I assume wind loading is the biggest concern.
