Practice for ICC Exams???

Hey everyone,

I'm preparing for the ICC Commercial Building Inspector exam and looking for high-quality practice exams to help me study. I want something that closely follows the 2024 IBC and covers key topics like fire resistance-rated construction, occupancy classification, building planning, and public safety requirements.

Has anyone found good resources for practice tests? Are there any online platforms, books, or question banks that you’d recommend? Also, if you've already taken the exam, how useful did you find practice exams in helping you pass?

buildingcodemasters.com aint bad. or just the class from the icc education site. Just get as comfortable and knowledgeable as you can with the book. Take the practice tests again and again. don't try to memorize code. do try to memorize where you can find things in the book. you'll def want the speed tabs for your book if you dont plan on just using the digital book for the test. study study study

Tests are not an exact replica of the test but I have found if you are scoring in the 80% range or better you should be confident in taking the actual ICC Exams. They all have 2 practice exams, each has same number of questions and time that matches the ICC Exam. Just copy and paste the url.
