I would not except it. Connection of dissimilar material would be one issue, and what if it fell inside the vent stack?

There is a sleeve to prevent it from falling inside the vent stack

Won't work according to code. Mechanical connector required with dissimilar pipe; and they are going to cut it and deliver it to you on the job site? That is plain stupid. All you need to do is use a mechanical connector and use regular pipe off your truck. He is out of business before he started.
