Help me define "private vehicle" in exception © of Table 508.3.3

I have a S-2 open parking garage above a group M which is made up of 3 tenant spaces.

The building satisfies the requirements of 509.8 except maybe #3.

The separation is one-hour.

The parking is for a shopping complex that includes a big box store, a fitness club restaurants and shops.

The walls are two-hour rated.

Does this exception include the parking of privately owned vehicles of customers in a parking garage open to the public?

the terms private or pleasure vehicles are used to differentiate from other vehicles identified in the code such as:

food preparation vehicles, buses, trucks, transit vehicles

Welcome to the board

Thanks, so I guess that's a yes. Privately owned vehicles that park in a public parking deck are included in exception 5. Therefore the rating can be reduced to one hour. Thanks for the welcome.
